Pilgaek Account Deletion

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Korean version (「필객 계정 삭제 안내」) prevails if the two differ.

This page explains how to delete your Pilgaek account and its data. Deleting your account cannot be undone.

1. Delete in the Game

Log in to the game.
Tap Menu (메뉴) → Account (계정) → Delete account (계정 삭제).
Tap the button once more to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately, and the progress saved on this device is also erased.

Please send it from the email address you signed up with, and include your character names if you know them.
If you can no longer use that email address, include details that prove the account is yours (character names, when you signed up, etc.). We can delete the account only after confirming it is yours.
We delete the account within 10 days of receiving the request and tell you the result by email.

Account: email, password hash, account number, device link (device identifier), consent record
Game data: characters and progress, items, jade, draw history, cloud save and previous save versions
Friends and block lists, selected nation, ranking records
Item and currency log, open-beta statistics
Posts and comments on the official homepage board
Character names (released so others can use them)

Backups are used only for disaster recovery. If we ever restore the server from a backup, accounts that were already deleted are deleted again.

Email us which data you want deleted (for example, previous save versions, open-beta statistics or board posts). After confirming it is you, we delete it or stop processing it within 10 days and tell you the result.
Data that is essential for playing, such as your email and character progress, can be deleted only by deleting your account.
