(3) When we amend these Terms, we announce the effective date, the changes and the reasons in the game and on the official homepage from 7 days before the effective date until a reasonable time after it. For changes that are unfavorable to you or important, we announce them from 30 days before the effective date and also notify you individually by your registered email or an in-game notice.
(4) If, when giving notice under paragraph (3), we also state that you will be deemed to agree unless you object by the effective date, and you do not object, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. We may also ask for your consent to the amended Terms when you log in.
(5) If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may withdraw (delete your account).

(2) We set the Operation Policy within the scope of these Terms and post it on the official homepage. If we change the Operation Policy in a way that is unfavorable to you, we follow the procedure in Article 4.
Chapter 2. Service Agreement
Article 6 (Sign-up)
(1) To sign up, choose an email address and password on the in-game sign-up screen, check all three boxes (agreement to the Terms of Service, consent to the collection and use of personal information, and confirmation that you are 14 or older) and submit. The service agreement is formed when we accept your application.
(2) Children under 14 cannot sign up. If the law of the country where you live requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, you must also meet that requirement.
(3) If we introduce new ways to sign up or log in, such as Google account login, we will announce them in the game and on the official homepage.
Article 7 (Acceptance and Refusal of Applications)
(1) We may refuse the following applications, and if we find out after sign-up, we may terminate the agreement:
- an application using someone else's email address or false information;
- an application by a child under 14;
- a new application by a member who was permanently banned (unless we allowed it);
- an application for an improper purpose, such as creating accounts in bulk by automated means.
(2) If server capacity is insufficient or there is a technical problem, we may postpone acceptance until it is resolved.
Article 8 (Managing Your Account and Password)
(1) Only you may use your account and password, and you are responsible for keeping them safe. Your password is stored on the server only as a salted hash, so even we cannot know it.
(2) You may not share, lend, sell or transfer your account.
(3) If your account has been stolen or you suspect someone else is using it, tell us immediately and follow our instructions. We are not responsible for losses caused by failing to tell us or to follow our instructions, unless we acted intentionally or negligently.
Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)
We protect your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws. Details are in the Pilgaek Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Changes to Member Information)
If your sign-up information changes or is wrong, update it through the in-game features or by emailing us. We are not responsible for disadvantages caused by not updating it.
Chapter 3. Obligations of the Studio and Members
Article 11 (Our Obligations)
(1) We comply with the law and these Terms and strive to provide the Service reliably.
(2) We keep your personal information secure, and we publish and follow our Privacy Policy.
(3) If we find your opinions or complaints justified, we handle them and tell you the result or the schedule by email or in-game notice.
(4) If a failure occurs in the Service, we strive to fix it without delay.
Article 12 (Your Obligations and Prohibited Acts)
(1) You must comply with the law, these Terms, the Operation Policy and the notices in the game and on the official homepage.
(2) You must not:
- Share or sell accounts: share, lend, buy or sell accounts, or misuse another person's account or personal information;
- Trade for real money: exchange game data such as accounts, characters, items or in-game currency for cash or other goods or services, advertise or broker such trades, or level up another person's character for payment (boosting);
- Use unauthorized programs or macros: use, make or distribute programs, devices or automated input tools (macros) that we do not provide or permit, alter the game app or its network traffic, or attack the servers;
- Exploit bugs: knowingly exploit errors in the game or spread how to do so (please report any bug you find);
- Abuse and hate: use profanity, insults, hateful or discriminatory language, sexual remarks, threats or harassment;
- Spam and advertising: repeatedly post the same or meaningless messages, or post advertising or promotion without permission;
- Impersonation: impersonate us, our staff, other members or celebrities, or mislead others into thinking you are one of them;
- Exposing personal information: post or spread other people's personal information (real name, phone number, address, school, account details, etc.), or trick people into revealing passwords or personal information;
- infringe the intellectual property, reputation or other rights of us or others;
- post or distribute information prohibited by law, such as obscene material or content that incites crime;
- otherwise disrupt the operation of the Service or interfere with other members' normal use.
(3) The detailed standards and sanctions for prohibited acts are set out in the Operation Policy.
Chapter 4. Using the Service
Article 13 (Provision of the Service and Scheduled Maintenance)
(1) Unless there are special circumstances, we provide the Service 24 hours a day, all year round.
(2) We may carry out scheduled maintenance for server management and updates, and we announce the schedule in advance in the game and on the official homepage.
(3) When something must be fixed urgently, such as an outage or a security problem, we may carry out emergency maintenance without prior notice and announce it afterwards.
Article 14 (Changes, Suspension and Termination of the Service)
(1) We may change game content, such as hunting grounds, items, stats and probabilities, when operationally or technically necessary. We announce important changes in the game and on the official homepage before they take effect.
(2) We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for unavoidable reasons such as equipment failure, network failure or natural disasters.
(3) To end the Service, we will announce it in the game and on the official homepage at least 30 days before the end date. If paid services were offered, we will keep a contact point for refunds and other inquiries for at least 30 days after the Service ends.
Article 15 (Open Beta)
(1) The Service is free of charge during the open beta.
(2) The open beta is a period for testing and refining the game before the official launch. To adjust balance, game values such as stats, experience, item drop amounts and probabilities may change more often than in the official service, and there may be more maintenance and errors.
(3) Whether progress (game data) from the open beta will carry over to the official launch or be reset will be announced separately before the official launch.
(4) To adjust balance and improve the Service, we record open-beta statistics (level, play time, kills, items obtained by grade, currency gained and spent) linked to your account number. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
(5) If you lose progress or items because of an error, please email us. We will make efforts to restore them to the extent we can confirm them from save history and item and currency records.
Article 16 (Information and Notices)
We may provide information needed to use the Service through in-game notices, the official homepage and your registered email. We do not send you advertising without your consent.
Article 17 (Disclosure of Probability-Based Items)
(1) When we offer items or features whose results are decided by probability, such as draws (gacha), equipment enhancement and fusion, we display the possible results, the probability of each result and any guarantee (pity) conditions that apply after a set number of tries on the relevant game screen (for example, the draw window).
(2) In accordance with Article 33(2) of the Game Industry Promotion Act (in force since March 22, 2024), we also display probability information on the official homepage and in advertisements.
(3) Before changing probabilities, we announce the change in the game and on the official homepage.
(4) Currently, draws can be made only with jade and draw tickets earned in the game; there are no paid purchases.
Article 18 (Management of and Rights in Posts)
(1) Copyright in a post belongs to the member who wrote it.
(2) You allow us to display your official homepage posts within the Service, and to copy and edit them to fit the format, to the extent necessary to operate and promote the Service. If you delete a post, we stop using it.
(3) In-game chat (World, General, Party and Whisper) is only relayed to recipients in real time and is not stored on the server. However, a chat message that a member reports is kept in the report record so that the report can be handled.
(4) If we determine that a post falls under the prohibited acts in Article 12 or violates the Operation Policy, we may hide it, delete it or block it without prior notice. Some profanity may be masked automatically.
(5) A person whose rights, such as privacy or reputation, are infringed by a post may ask us to delete it. Under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, we may delete the post or, if it is hard to judge whether rights were infringed, hide it temporarily for up to 30 days.
Article 19 (Ownership of Rights and Game Data)
(1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content we created, such as the Service and the art, music, text and programs in the game, belong to us (or to the rightful owners).
(2) You may use game data within the Service in accordance with these Terms and the Operation Policy. Game data cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.
(3) Without our permission, you may not reproduce, distribute or broadcast our content obtained through the Service for commercial purposes, or let others do so. Anything we separately allow by notice follows that notice.
Article 20 (Paid Services)
(1) The Service currently has no paid products or payment features.
(2) Before introducing paid services, we will add provisions on payment, withdrawal of purchases, refunds, cancellation of purchases by minors and related matters to these Terms and announce them in advance under Article 4.
Chapter 5. Termination and Restrictions
Article 21 (Withdrawal)
(1) You can withdraw (delete your account) at any time:
- In the game: Menu (메뉴) → Account (계정) → Delete account (계정 삭제)
- On the official homepage: Log in → My info (내 정보) → Delete account (계정 삭제)
- If you cannot log in: email us a deletion request from your registered email address
(2) When you withdraw, your account and game data are deleted immediately from the live database and cannot be restored. Your character names are released and other members may use them.
(3) Information kept for a set period under the law or the Privacy Policy, such as backups, report and sanction records and access logs, is deleted when that period ends. Details are in the "Account Deletion" page on the official homepage and in the Privacy Policy.
(4) Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Article 22 (Termination by Us)
We may terminate the agreement (permanent ban) if you:
- are found to fall under any item of Article 7(1);
- commit a prohibited act under Article 12 that the Operation Policy designates for a permanent ban; or
- seriously violate these Terms, or repeat the same violation after being restricted.
Article 23 (Restrictions on Use)
(1) If you violate Article 12, we may restrict your use in the following stages, considering the severity, frequency and intent of the violation:
- Warning
- Chat ban: you cannot send chat messages for a set period
- Temporary suspension: you cannot log in for a set period
- Permanent ban: termination of the agreement
(2) For serious violations, such as using unauthorized programs, real-money trading, account theft or intentionally leaking another person's personal information, we may suspend or permanently ban you immediately without going through the earlier stages.
(3) If three different members report your chat within one day, you automatically cannot send chat messages (World and General chat, and whispers) for 60 minutes.
(4) We may reclaim or delete items, in-game currency and other gains obtained through violations.
(5) The periods and standards for each stage are set out in the Operation Policy.
Article 24 (Temporary Measures)
If we need to investigate suspected account theft, use of unauthorized programs, bug exploitation or similar acts, we may temporarily restrict the account until the investigation ends. If no violation is found, we lift the restriction immediately and make efforts to remedy any disadvantage caused in the meantime.
Article 25 (Notice of Restrictions and Appeals)
(1) When we restrict your use, we tell you in advance, by in-game notice or email, the reason, type and period and how to appeal. When we must act urgently (including the automatic chat ban in Article 23(3)), we may tell you afterwards.
(2) If you disagree with a restriction, you may appeal by emailing us (thirtyshots2689@outlook.com) with your reasons within 14 days of receiving the notice.
(3) We respond within 15 days of receiving your appeal. If we cannot respond within that period, we tell you the reason and the expected schedule.
(4) If your appeal is justified, we lift the restriction immediately and correct the record.
Chapter 6. Damages and Dispute Resolution
Article 26 (Damages)
(1) If we cause you damage intentionally or negligently, we compensate you in accordance with the law. However, for services provided free of charge, such as the open beta, we are liable where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the law specifically provides for liability.
(2) If you violate these Terms and cause damage to us or others, you must compensate for it.
Article 27 (Limitation of Our Liability)
We are not liable in the following cases, unless we acted intentionally or negligently:
- we cannot provide the Service due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, power outages, or failures of telecommunication carriers or cloud providers;
- damage caused by your circumstances, such as careless password management or problems with your device or network;
- disputes arising through the Service between members, or between a member and a third party;
- the accuracy or reliability of posts made by members.
Article 28 (Notices to Members)
(1) To notify an individual member, we use the registered email or in-game notices (such as the in-game mailbox).
(2) To notify all members, we may post a notice in the game or on the official homepage for at least 7 days instead of giving individual notice. Matters with a significant effect on members are also notified by the methods in paragraph (1).
Article 29 (Dispute Resolution)
(1) We receive and handle members' opinions and complaints by email.
(2) If a dispute arises between us and a member, the member may apply for mediation to the Content Dispute Resolution Committee under the Content Industry Promotion Act or to other mediation bodies.
Article 30 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
(1) The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these Terms and the legal relationship between us and members regarding the use of the Service. However, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live may apply if they are more favorable to you.
(2) Lawsuits between us and members are brought before the court that has jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
(1) These Terms take effect on October 4, 2026 (version 1.0).
(2) These Terms are written in Korean. If a translation differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
